3M Scotch-Weld EPX Super Clear Acrylic Adhesive DP804 is a high-performance, two-part structural adhesive known for its excellent shear and peel strength. Featuring a convenient 1:1 mix ratio, DP804 is user-friendly and emits significantly less odour than most traditional acrylic adhesives, making it more pleasant to work with in enclosed environments.
This advanced adhesive is specifically formulated to bond clear plastics—such as PMMA (acrylic) and polycarbonate—while also providing reliable adhesion to substrates like glass and various metals. Once mixed, DP804 maintains a high level of transparency, making it ideal for applications where optical clarity is essential. The Scotch-weld™ EPX Bonding System is a discharging system for mixing two-component mixed adhesives. The main agent and the curing agent with the cartridge are mixed and discharged by a special hand gun and a special nozzle.
