3M Scotch-Weld Instant Adhesive Activator AC11 is a solvent-based activator formulated to increase the cure speed of Scotch-Weld cyanoacrylate adhesives. use this adhesive for slower curing, high viscosity grades and with porous substrates, where the adhesive must cure before being absorbed into the substrate.
