3M Scotch Electrical Semi-Conducting Tape 13
3M Scotch Electrical Semi-Conducting Tape 13 is a highly conformable, semi-conducting, high-voltage splicing tape. This tape lengthens easily to conform to irregular shapes and retains its conductivity when stretched.

- Replaces semi-conducting layer beneath metallic shield in various medium-voltage cable repairs and splices
- Electrically round-outs high-voltage connectors and bonds to insulating materials to minimise electrical stresses
- Withstands temperatures up to 90 °C
- Round-outs bolted connections on insulated bus bars
- Provides shielding for cable splices on solid dielectric insulated power cables
- ASTM Approval and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
- Not to be used for electrical insulation
