• Flexible for higher peel strength and better vibration resistance
• Maintains a strong bond under expansion, contraction, and limited movement
• Medium viscosity helps minimize running, dripping, or migration
• Flows smoothly for controlled dispensing where needed
• Effective adhesive system for bonding, joining, gluing, attaching, assembling, encapsulating, potting, and sealing applications
We formulated 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 125 as a low odour, two-part epoxy that creates strong structural and flexible bonds on metal, ceramics, wood and many plastics. It provides the reliability and strength you need to maintain productive, cost effective results.

The 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 125 is a versatile, medium viscosity, epoxy adhesive that pours easily with minimal dripping, running and migration that will flow smoothly for a controlled, accurate dispensing. Its flexibility makes it ideal for applications involving dissimilar surfaces, where coefficients of thermal expansion are a consideration, for example when bonding glass to metals. Flexible, High Strength Compared to common 5 minute epoxies, this flexible, longer work life product provides better plastic and glass bonding, lower Odour and flexibility for higher peel and impact resistance. The mix ratio is 1:1 and provides a 25 minute work life to allow plenty of time for positioning and to adjust for fit prior to setting. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 2.5 hours and is fully cured in 7 days (at 72°F/22°C). This adhesive is available in a variety of package sizes to suit the needs of the user and the job. What Are Epoxy Adhesives? Epoxy adhesives are part of the class of adhesives called structural adhesives, which also includes polyurethane, acrylic, cyanoacrylate, and others. Epoxies begin as liquid reactive polymers that undergo a chemical chain reaction when mixed, and then cure to form a solid plastic material. Once the two parts are mixed in their specified ratio, they begin the curing process and offer a limited working time where the adhesive can be applied and the two surfaces positioned as need. This working time lasts anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours or longer. Depending on the specific formulation, this class of structural adhesives can provide very high shear and peel strengths, and better heat and chemical resistance than other common adhesive. Epoxy adhesives are widely used in a variety of industrial applications in the automotive, aerospace, appliance, metalworking, sporting goods and electronics industries, among others; virtually anywhere high-strength bonds are needed along with resistance to enviro
