Depressed centre grinding wheel PREMIUM – DS ZZ 24 P
PREMIUM – DS ZZ 24 P is a special-purpose resinoid reinforced bonded zirconia wheel for high grinding pressures, with a special abrasive structure for high stock removal.
Versus the standard choice of aluminium oxide, zirconia is a much stronger and higher performance grit, with the capability to dramatically reduce processing time and costs.
Zirconia is a highly resistant and mechanically stable high-performance grit, which makes it ideal for intensive industrial use and high pressure machining and grinding. The original self-sharpening grain, it is an ideal choice for tough surfaces, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium and cast iron. As it delivers an aggressive cut, it works well for grinding and roughing processes.
