POWER MAX-D 9.3
POWER MAX-D 9.3 is a fibre disc, primed for a long-lasting grind with regenerative 100% ceramic grit and a top-fill coolant layer to reduce heat generation – a particular requirement for stainless steel processing, where overheating of the material can result in discoloration. POWER MAX-D 9.3 fibre discs are a particularly effective choice in situations where subsequent finishing processes are involved – for instance when parts will be sent to a paint shop post-grind – due to their ability to minimise scratches during processing. With reduced scratching comes the potential to cut down the number of steps and products required in the processing of your material, resulting in considerable time and money savings on the shop floor.
POWER MAX-D delivers a uniformly aggressive performance across its lifespan, resulting in a stable and predictable user experience for the operator. The continuous renewal of the ceramic grain allows for incredibly high performance and a cold cut.
