Fast Room Temperature Cure
This two-part epoxy adhesive cures quickly at room temperature (75°F), forming a strong, durable bond in just 90 to 120 minutes. It enables efficient assembly and reduces production downtime.

The adhesive is available in bulk for larger-scale applications or in convenient duo-pak cartridges for easier, mess-free dispensing.

High Shear Strength
Designed for structural use, it delivers excellent shear strength, making it ideal for demanding load-bearing applications.

Surface preparation

For highest strength structural bonds, paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mould release agents and all other surface contaminants must be completely removed. The amount of surface preparation depends on the required bond strength and environmental aging resistance.

Storage and handling

Standard Shelf Life for 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive E C – 3501 B/A is 12 months from the date of shipment from 3M when stored at 60 to 80°F (15 to 27°C) in its original unopened container.
