SCM-D

SCM-D is a hook and loop surface conditioning disc. This surface conditioning material offers excellent flexibility in use, meaning that it is ideal for use on irregular or contoured surfaces. It is deal for intensive use on metal due to their open woven structure, which allows aeration during use and prevents overheating. Paired with the convenience of a hook and loop backing, which natively attaches to the hooked surface of a backing pad, the result is a highly practical abrasive tool for a variety of materials. These surface conditioning discs deliver aggressive performance without gouging the surface – as a result of their capability to deliver a uniform scratch pattern, they are ideal for creating a satin finish.

CA HD (Coarse – Heavy Duty): – high cutting capacity and high stock removal – extremely long life – strong and stable product – low clogging and low heat generation – specific for removal of surface scratches – specific for cleaning of welds
CA (Coarse) / MA (Medium) / VFA (Very Fine): – high cutting capacity and high stock removal – very long life – low clogging and low heat generation – consistent and accurate finish – specific for cleaning and glazing operations on surfaces.
