Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Return Period
    Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, you must contact us at 01772 703636 to obtain a returns authorisation before sending any goods back.
  2. Return Conditions
    1. Stock Items: Returns are accepted on standard stock items provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All returns of stock items are subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge.
    2. Non-Stock & Special Orders: Returns on specially ordered items are subject to manufacturer acceptance and will incur a handling fee determined by the supplier.
    3. Opened Goods: We cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used, unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
  3. Faulty Goods
    If a product is deemed faulty, it must be returned to us as soon as possible. We will return the item to the manufacturer for technical testing. Once the manufacturer confirms the product is faulty, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  4. Damages & Shortages
    1. Reporting: Any obvious signs of damage must be detailed on the driver’s receipt note or paperwork at the time of receipt.
    2. Timeframe: Jeaton must be informed of any damaged or short deliveries within 24 hours.
    3. Delivery Refusal: Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged items. Please notify our Customer Service team at 01772 703636 immediately if you refuse a delivery.
    4. Signatures: All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to provide a signature and inspect the goods.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
    The customer is responsible for the cost of return carriage. If the goods are confirmed to be faulty or were supplied incorrectly by us, the responsibility for return carriage costs will be covered by Jeaton.
